Elizabeth Reedy Foley with Frameworks

Elizabeth Reedy Foley with Frameworks

Frameworks of Tampa Bay is a nonprofit organization that empowers educators, youth services professionals, and parents and guardians with training, coaching, and research-based resources to equip students with social and emotional skills. As the leader of Frameworks, I am committed to the social, emotional, and academic well-being of every child. It is my goal to make sure our community, our families, and our schools understand the significant role social and emotional skills play in building successful learners. Frameworks’ programming is of vital performance today and in the future. Social and emotional learning is not a quick fix. It takes time for students, adults, and institutions to adopt and adapt the concepts and values that lead to large-scale behavioral, academic changes and eventually to a successful work life. We stand ready to engage early, and via best practices, to meet our community where they are in terms of need, location, and timing.

My mission is to motivate and inspire you to love yourself so you can create more love in the world. As a Transpersonal Strategist, I speak, write, and create workshops, events, and digital content on YouTube, podcast platforms, and social media that inspire you to claim your light, kick your “not enough story” to the curb, and love yourself and your life so much that you empower the people around you to do the same. I do this work because I know that the most revolutionary act you can do is to love all those things you find unlovable about yourself. The peace we are all craving for begins with YOU and the magic that lies in your radical self-acceptance, love, and authenticity. YOU are the freedom you seek and when you are happy and whole you hold in your hands the power to change the world.

Tricia Manning with White Cap Coaching

I am inspired to help female leaders who are managing it all—personally and professionally—find more inspiration and meaning in their professional lives. I am a professional coach who is especially passionate about leaders who are at a crossroads and ready to make changes necessary to face their fears and pursue more meaningful work. Why? Because I was there! I grew through the corporate ranks and achieved success as 1 of only 2 women in the C-suite. After 70 hour work weeks and a significant health scare (open heart surgery at 44 years old!), I made the difficult decision to end that 25-year corporate career. However, I wasn’t ready to stop helping others and continue to grow strong female leaders and fight for gender diversity in the boardroom as an executive coach.

Joy Nakaatari-Dingman with Joyful Wellness

I am a psychotherapist turned life coach. I believe in the mind/body connection and use an integrative approach to healing and wellness. As a LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) in the State of California, I provide individual therapy for Adults, Children, Teens, and the Elderly populations. I teach mindfulness skills, social emotional development and trauma informed care to help with overcoming challenges related to mental health and interpersonal relationships including stress, anxiety, depressive symptoms, trauma, self-care and more. I guide individuals and assist them with creating more balance in their lives.

In addition to psychotherapy, I also offer a life coaching option. Life coaching is different than psychotherapy. The Life coaching option that I provide is for 18+ and focuses primarily on empowerment to achieve specific short term goals you set related to wellness of the mind/body/spirit. Life coaching does not explore psychological root causes of emotions, patterns or behaviors. Rather, the focus is action oriented related to achieving specific tasks and goals. This option is great for those who are emotionally stable and want or need some accountability as you move towards goals.

I’m also a RYT 200 Certified Yoga Instructor and I enjoy teaching Adults and Kids Yoga. Since I was young, I was called to the helping profession. I’m a mother of two kids one with significant special needs. Through my own journey and personal healing, I learned just how important self-care and creating balance in my life is for overall health and wellness.

Nikki Foster with Mosaic

Nikki Foster with Mosaic

I am a Public Affairs Manager for The Mosaic Company, dedicated to Hillsborough County. My responsibility is to be an avenue of engagement between the company and our stakeholders. Our stakeholders include elected officials, neighbors, local communities, non-profits organizations, employees – anyone who has an interest in the success of the company or what we do.

The Mosaic Company is one of the world’s leading producers and marketers of concentrated phosphate and potash crop nutrients. Mosaic is a single-source provider of phosphate and potash fertilizers and feed ingredients for the global agriculture industry. Phosphate is a naturally occurring mineral found as a ore in the ground. One of the largest deposits in the US is found in Bone Valley, here is Central Florida. Phosphorous is found in our bodies; it’s as essential to our bone and DNA structure as calcium. Crop nutrients increase crop yields anywhere between 40% – 60%. Considering how many people currently live on this planet (and future population growth), and how much arable land is available for planting crops, using fertilizers is how we will continue to grow enough food for us to live. That’s what we do.

Love: Captured. It makes a good tag line, a great Valentine’s saying too…but more than that it is what we do here! We celebrate and capture love.

We capture couples making a commitment to a lifetime of partnership. We celebrate moms and dads who haven’t even met their little yet planning for the little life ahead. We freeze moments that feel long but are really fleeting for exhausted parents of teenagers and toddlers alike. We capture students graduating high school and college – embracing memories made and the futures they are just now envisioning. It is celebrating 5th and 50th anniversaries, first and hundredth birthdays. It is cancer survivors showing off battles won, retirees celebrating hard earned financial freedom. It is celebrating change, joy, overcoming. It is story after story of your hearts, your loves, your lives – captured.

Jessica Gendron with Center for Leadership Excellence and Ladies Leading

I help women shatter glass ceilings and advise companies to build inclusive and equitable cultures. From early in my career I encounter all sorts of barriers that stalled my advancement. I hate to fight – a lot – for what I wanted and I faced a lot of bias and discrimination along the way. I felt really alone in those experiences and what to give them a voice – but also find ways to fix them. I now study successful female leaders and workplace culture – and apply those findings to help ensure a person’s identity doesn’t stand in the way of their advancement.

Jessica Roe: Everyday Party Magazine

Jessica Roe: Everyday Party Magazine

You could say my blogging journey is a little bit Erin Brockovich, a whole lot creative mom.

Life took a crazy turn with the birth of my third child, who had so many health issues we weren’t sure if he’d live. Eventually he and his younger brother were both diagnosed with an auto-immune disorder that mimics disease found in Asian children exposed to Agent Orange. We believe ground water tainted by a chemical testing facility near our home is likely to blame.

I wasn’t about to let health challenges get in the way of CELEBRATING life with my children and started planning fairly elaborate, themed events in the security of my home. Today I am an established party blogger looking to partner with brands on budget-friendly, DIY home celebrations.

Tiffany Davies with Encouraging Health…”Eh!”

As your coach, I will make sure you never go it alone. I use a 4-tier approach to driving your success. First, I coach you by providing guidance and inspiration as someone who has walked a mile in these shoes. Second, connection to a community of warm, like-minded people providing real-time encouragement. Third, education and learning about your health and offering easy steps to a sustainably healthy lifestyle. And fourth, nutrition. Clinically proven plans and scientifically-developed products designed by dietitians, scientists, and physicians all work together and are the key to driving lifelong change and not short term weight loss.

Andrea Eastman-Mullins with West End Learning

Andrea Eastman-Mullins with West End Learning

After 25 years in publishing and higher education, I founded West End Learning to help faculty teach more creatively and equitably using digital content freely available to students. Over my years in publishing, I saw so many quality videos, digital archives, and articles sit unused online and in libraries while students struggled with textbook costs. Now, because of COVID, nearly every professor is hunting for the “good stuff” and figuring out how to inspire students remotely. In so many ways, COVID is a crisis in higher education, but it’s also revealing more inclusive ways of teaching. I’m grateful to be a part of that change.
