At the age of eighteen, Cozette Roche left for Paris believing she’d be gone for a few months. On her first night, she was booked as a model and her life was irrevocably changed. Cozette traveled the world and lived in numerous flourishing cities by means of her career in front of the camera. Those few months she had envisioned spending in Paris turned into thirteen years. Fast-forward a few years; Cozette’s daughter was a toddler when she realized she was done with Europe. She decided it was time to come back to Tampa, where she could be closer to her mother and raise her young daughter. Today, Cozette operates Cozette’s Boutique full-time in St Petersburg, Florida, and we are excited to get to know more about this amazing woman today!

Remember Mindy Murphy, who we featured a few weeks ago?  Cozette has offered to do a fundraiser for The Spring, the organization Mindy runs, that works to prevent domestic violence in our community. The last weekend of March (26-27), mention See Her Soar and 10% of all proceeds will be donated to The Spring of Tampa Bay. This is especially generous as independent retailers are suffering from the pandemic. Clearly Cozette wants to continue to grow her business but she also wants to hold space for others in need. And these are “our” kind of women. So, mark your calendar, make plans to be there when doors open and support women and children in urgent need. While leveling up your own wardrobe or finding a beautiful gift for someone you love and admire!

We invite you to join our new community, See Her Soar, where we will amplify one woman and her work every day of the year. Our purpose is to curate a space to make meaningful connections and to support women, so they may be financially stable.
