Can you answer yes to any of these?

  • You have accomplished amazing success, but you know there’s more for you.

  • You have created success for so many others, and you’re ready to experience a different level of success for yourself.

  • You know what motivates you personally, and you’re ready to act on to create the life you want.

  • You are ready to level up, owning your value, serving more people and playing bigger in the world.

  • You secretly worry that time is running out, that you’re going to spend another year living safe, wearing labels that no longer suit or serve you.

  • You want more.  You want different.

  • You worry that if not now, when?

If your heart answered yes to any of the above, you’ve arrived to exactly where you need to be, at exactly the right time. Allow us to introduce you to our flyer today, Dr. Phildra J. Swagger, a business coach who can help you become a true Boss Chic.

1. Tell us in a few sentences what you do. And why you do it.
I support women rediscovering and developing the thing they have always wanted. I help them appreciate the accomplishments they achieved in their career, community, marriage and family while releasing the guilt of not making themselves first while doing it. I help women give themselves permission to go after their mountain top dreams, which may be reaching a new level in their careers or walking away from a career to accomplish a different vision. I do this work because I believe personal development is the best investment in professional development. Too often intuition goes underdeveloped and overlooked as a major tool for designing the life we want. Time teaches us to listen to outside influences rather than leaning into our own internal guidance. I provide women strategies to achieve clarity and confidence. I do it to empower and build strong communities.

2. What is your contact info (that you want shared) please include any active social handles, websites etc.

3. When I wake up in the morning the first thing I do is…
I thank God for a new day before rolling out of bed. I wake my children up, then spend time in prayer and meditation before waking my husband or starting my work day.

4. My best business advice is….
Trust your intuition. Stay clear on your vision, intentions and values. Use them to guide you to the right learning, tools, opportunities and partnerships. Realize that work life balance is achieved when you align who you are with what you do.

5. My professional goal for 2021 is…
To expand my BOSS CHICS community through group coaching and retreats that help women increase clarity, confidence and accountability toward reaching new personal and professional goals.

6. Supporting women in business is now more critical than ever. How can our community best support you?
I would like to expand my community by coaching, speaking, and facilitating retreats that help women achieve more in their lives and careers by learning taking purpose driven action. Engaging me to work with your teams or referring women to my resources would be great support from this community.

7. Your Astrological sign:

8. Favorite donut:
Sour Cream Cake

9. Favorite podcast:
I love hosting my show, Swagg University but I also enjoy various other hosts. It depends on what I’m listening for, but some of my favorites are Redefining Wealth with Patrice Washington, Mommie Millionaire, and Darren Hardy on Demand.

10. Favorite book:
Becoming by Michelle Obama. It resonates with me that no matter how successful or public your life may appear, we are all still evolving and striving to be our best self.

11. Favorite pandemic binge watch:
This is Us (the writing and acting are phenomenal) or Love it or List it (the writing, not so much, but the renovation designs are beautiful).

12. When I practice self-care I…
…love massages and reflexology.

13. The place I am happiest is…
…near sun-kissed water. It’s even better if the natural landscape still offers serenity and isn’t overly developed or commercial.

14. People are surprised to learn…
I completed two half-marathons and ‘down’ escalators scare me.

15. 2020 taught me…
2020 taught me to be present and fully active in the life that I have. Life may present challenges that force us to pause but if we actually pause and observe what’s occurring around us we increase our insight and connectedness to the people and things that matter.

Phildra’s fear of down escalators is extremely endearing, but otherwise she seems fearlessly amazing. And if her words resonate with you, she is currently recruiting members for her Boss Chic Inner Circle, a 4-month online group coaching program for female leaders who are or are seeking to be the CEO of their own life.  We love how you lift people up every day, and we thank you for soaring with us here today!

We invite you to join our new community, See Her Soar, where we will amplify one woman and her work every day of the year. Our purpose is to curate a space to make meaningful connections and to support women, so they may be financially stable.
