Sarah Allie Moore just exudes light and love, and we are so excited to share her with you today!  I mean seriously, she is inspiring you to claim your light, kick your “not enough story” to the curb, and love yourself and your life so much that you empower the people around you to do the same…could you get much more “See Her Soar” than that?  I highly recommend soaking in every one of her words in her interview below!

1. Tell us in a few sentences what you do. And why you do it.
My mission is to motivate and inspire you to love yourself so you can create more love in the world. As a Transpersonal Strategist, I speak, write, and create workshops, events, and digital content on YouTube, podcast platforms, and social media that inspire you to claim your light, kick your “not enough story” to the curb, and love yourself and your life so much that you empower the people around you to do the same. I do this work because I know that the most revolutionary act you can do is to love all those things you find unlovable about yourself. The peace we are all craving for begins with YOU and the magic that lies in your radical self-acceptance, love, and authenticity. YOU are the freedom you seek and when you are happy and whole you hold in your hands the power to change the world.

3. When I wake up in the morning the first thing I do is…
I went through a break-up that shook me to my core and I struggled to find my sense of self, place, and worthiness. Loss has a way of bringing you to your deepest truth and provides the opportunity to discover that “lost” is a place you go to be found. I knew I needed to create a map and determine where I wanted to go, so I pulled out my journal and began to chart the vision of the future I desired. Every morning when I wake up, I take out my map and meditate on that vision, and get filled with awe and inspiration as it becomes my new reality.

4. My best business advice is….
To be yourself, unapologetically. Every dream, hope, and desire you carry within you is available at the moment you allow your uniqueness, your expression, and your heart to lead the way.

5. My professional goal for 2021 is…
I recently did a TEDx Talk on the transformative power of radical self-acceptance through sharing my natural hair story called “Reclaimed Roots: Black Hair Matters”. After that talk, I found myself having many conversations and receiving several messages from people sharing their stories of struggling to love and accept themselves that it led me to create a YouTube channel and podcast called Meant For Moore Conversations where we explore self-love, acceptance, authenticity, and heart-centered leadership through different lenses. My goal is to grow my message and platform, complete my book, and inspire the masses to free themselves so we can cultivate a world with greater freedom, together.

6. Supporting women in business is now more critical than ever. How can our community best support you?
As a BIPOC, LGBTQ+, plus-size, curvylicious woman, I know unworthiness well and I am on a soul mission to amplify the message of worthiness, self-love, and radical self-acceptance and the freedom and abundance that awaits you when you surrender your fear over to your greatest potential. This community could best support me by amplifying the my message and content through subscribing, following, sharing, and engaging with me on YouTube, Spotify, Stitcher, and social media.

7. Your Astrological sign:
I’m all passion, power, and purpose of a Sagittarius with a whole lot of heart and love with my Moon in Libra, Ascendant in Cancer, and Midheaven in Pisces.

8. Favorite donut:
While I am amazed at the creativity and visual explosion of gourmet donuts today, I keep it simple with the old fashion donut. Sweet, simple, fluffy on the inside, crispy on the outside… it never disappoints.

9. Favorite podcast:
Meant For Moore Conversations w/ Sarah Allie Moore!!! Okay, okay, that was a shameless plug. LOL! I love to listen to Dear Sugars, Super Soul Sunday, Radiolab, The Read, On Being w/ Krista Tippet, Hello Seven, Small Doses w/ Amanda Seales, Unlocking Us w/ Brene Brown, Therapy for Black Girls, and Two Dope Queens (why did it end?!).

10. Favorite book:
It’s impossible to list only one! Salvation and All About Love by Bell Hooks, The Sun Does Shine by Anthony Ray Hinton, The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle, The Four Agreements and The Mastery of Love by Don Miguel Ruiz, Do Better by Rachel Ricketts, The Fire Next Time by James Baldwin, You Were Born For This by Chani Nicholas, Born a Crime by Trevor Noah, Alchemy by Paul Selig, The Body is Not an Apology by Sonia Renee Taylor, A Course in Miracles, The Red Tent by Anita Diamant and Conversations with God by Neale Donad Walsh.

11. Favorite pandemic binge watch:
Pose, Zoey’s Extraordinary Playlist, the Handmaid’s Tale, Messiah, Black Mirror, Hollywood Medium, The Healer, and everything that is Project Runway.

12. When I practice self-care I…
…ask “What would someone do who loves themselves do?” and I do that. Sometimes it’s meditation, or driving to the mountains to get lost in nature, or booking a massage, or buying a plane ticket to a hideout by the ocean, or journaling, or eating truffle parm fries with garlic aioli because hello… YUM! =P It’s about living my commitment to my fulfilment and desire. Self-care is joyful living.

13. The place I am happiest is…
By. The. Ocean. PERIOD! But alas, I live in Colorado, so the next best thing are hot springs (I LOVE BUENA VISTA) or walking and meditating by other bodies of water. There’s just something about water for me…

14. People are surprised to learn…
I lived in Germany for a couple years where my Dad and sisters still live, I have done a TEDx Talk, and I used to live most of my adult life wearing wigs. You can learn more about my wig wearing days in my TEDx Talk “Reclaimed Root: Black Hair Matters”.

15. 2020 taught me…
That our hardest challenges are the catalysts for our greatest transformation and that the greater the challenge, the more breathtakingly beautiful the transformation will be.
