Tiffany Davies is a health coach who helps clients lose weight and feel great, driving a lifelong transformation. She knows it works because she experienced the journey herself after years of ineffective yo-yo dieting, and now she brings her passion for health to her clients.
1. Tell us in a few sentences what you do. And why you do it.
I help people achieve their weight loss and health goals with a program that works.
I started because I wanted to be accountable to my own results. Once I started I was hooked and re-energized each time a client would call or text me when they had achieved a new milestone or goal. Being the catalyst for their success feeds my soul.
3. When I wake up in the morning the first thing I do is?
Search the internet for an inspiring quote. This could be in response to something that is going on in my life, in the world or that I think will resonate with my friends. The process of reading encouraging quotes in the morning really helps to set the tone for my day… and I hope opening up their Facebook and catching my feed does the same for my friends.
4. My best business advice is….
Be authentic. Having a passion for what you do comes through when you are authentically you. People who dig you and your style will be drawn to you, others won’t, and that is ok too.
5. My professional goals for 2021 are…
Expand to 12 states with health clients
50 lives changed, in health, finance and business
Grow 12 people in their leadership
6. Supporting women in business is now more critical than ever. How can our community best support you?
Connect with me through Facebook. A person’s decision to try a program or address their health is very personal. Once connected if you share my posts within your own social media your friends and loved ones can reach out if they want help/ support. Help me celebrate getting healthy – from motivational quotes to healthy recipes and incredible transformation stories.
7. Your Astrological sign:
Leo…the best sign!
8. Favorite Donut:
French Cruller – maybe because I was born in Montreal! I don’t eat them often but when I do I savor every bite.
9. Favorite podcast:
Most of the podcasts I listen to are coaching/ training opportunities for being a health coach, but I do love any time I get a chance to listen to anything by Brene Brown and Glennon Doyle. I feel like they “get me.”
10. Favorite book:
Since I was a little kid I have loved “Oh the Places You’ll Go” because it reminds me that sometimes life stinks… but you get through it all. I am fairly certain that Dr. Seuss wrote this for adults anyhow!
11. Favorite pandemic binge watch:
I can’t believe I am admitting this but I was ADDICTED to the Twilight series. Like dreamed about it addicted. I never read the books and my daughter was never interested in it so I was a late bloomer for this but I was HOOKED!
12. When I practice self-care I…
…SLOW DOWN. I am always running in a lot of directions and stopping and slowing down, clearing my schedule and not doing anything is my jam.
13. The place I am happiest is…
…at the baseball field or on the soccer pitch watching my kids compete – they are pretty incredible. If I am not doing that, I love sitting on the beach listening to the waves, feeling the warmth and smelling the salt air.
14. People are surprised to learn I…
…have four kids. I am not sure why, but people are always like WHOA!
15. 2020 taught me…
Life is tough, but I am tougher.
